Need Help

I am currently in the distant education program for Library and Information
science. I was hoping to reach someone via web chat, but it's currently
offline. I have an assignment that I have to complete by the 20th of
October where I have to compare five articles. I decided to choose the
decline of black librarianship in the country. My question to you is that I
am having problems accessing JSTOR from my home, and I am wondering if
there is anyway that I can access the database from home considering I am
about two and a half hours from Durham. The articles in which I am try ing
to obtain are:

The Black Librarian in the Southeast: Reminiscences, Activities,
Challenges. Papers Presented for a Colloquium Sponsored by the School of
Library Service, North Carolina Central University, 8-9 October 1976 by
Annette L. Phinazee

Reviewed Work: Untold Stories: Civil Rights, Libraries, and Black
Librarianship by John Mark Tucker

The Educating of Black Librarians: An Historical Perspective
Rosemary Ruhig Dumont
Journal of Education for Library and Information Science
Vol. 26, No. 4, Centennial Issue - II (Spring, 1986), pp. 233-249

Is There anyway you can help me obtain these articles without me having to
drive all the way to the University to print them off? If so that would be
wonderful. Please email me back at your earliest convenience. Thank you and
have a great day.

Hi Mr. Thomas,

You can access JSTOR by following the instructions in this PDF.

Despite what the document says, you MUST use INTERNET EXPLORER browser for it to be guaranteed to work.

If those articles are in there, you should be able to download and/or print them from home.
