Journal Article
Hi,
I'm trying to gain access to an an article in Journal of Planning History.
The article title is Was the 1937 U.S. Housing Act a Pyrrhic Victory?
Article was published in August 2005.
Pages 195-221
The only library that I could see has it, is Elon University and they are
not a interlinked library. However, can NCCU borrow it from them, if the
student can't?

Answer
Hi,
You can submit a request for that article via interlibrary loan, but if you're in Durham, Duke, UNC and NCState all have that journal.
Duke will let you log on to their computers from their library and print or save the article from there. You just need to show them your NCCU ID.
Does that help?
