I need to report on an article from a library literature on organization. I tried to do a search through the library search but I am not getting any results. Can you tell me how to find an article to report on?

Answer

Thank you contacting the James E. Shepard Memorial Library. If I understand your question correctly you need to search for articles using the James E. Shepard Memorial Library. There are a few databases that come to mind that will be helpful for you. If you are off campus you will need to log into the Web VPN to access resources from off campus. Here is a link that details how to log in from off campus: http://web.nccu.edu/shepardlibrary/pdfs/webvpn2.pdf. Once you are logged in you can access databases  on the Shepard Library homepage under the Find Heading there is a link for Articles/Databases: http://web.nccu.edu/shepardlibrary/tools/databases/db_alphabetical.html. This is the link to the all of the Shepard Library databases in alphabetical order. Two databases that may be of assistance to you are: Academic Search Complete and also ProQuest Central, both of these database have a feature on the start page that allows you to choose peer-reviewed and full text. I hope this is helpful. Please contact us again if you need any more assistance.
