Q. help with searches off campus

To whom it may concern,

I have been having difficulty getting access to databases off campus. I
have logged in through the VPN. I am in journal finder and am trying to
access a database and it is asking me to type in my library ID/barcode/
other id. I have included a picture of the screen I am talking about below.

I don't know what this screen means.

When you logged in to the WebVPN, did you click on the "NCCU Library Database" option?
