If you are on campus, you have direct access to this resource. If you are accessing this resource off campus you will need to login using NCCU's Web VPN (Virtual Private Network). Here is the link for http://www.nccu.edu/knowledgebase/faq.cfm?id=544 you will need to use your NCCU login information to gain access. Once you are signed in, you will see a link for Shepard Library. Here you will click on the journal tab, enter the journal title and you should have access.
