Hello _I need to access EBSCO but I do not have the user name and pw. Can you help?
I am working off-campus conducting an article search, but I have encountered a problem. I cannot access ProQuest or EBSCO without a user name and PW. Please help.

Hi Dr. Wordlaw:
To access ProQuest or one of the EBSCO databases from home you will need to login via the WebVPN system or through NCLIVE.
Here is the link for WebVPN https://www.nccu.edu/knowledgebase/faq.cfm?id=544
Your NCCU username and password will log you into WEBVPN so you can access all databases
Here is the link for NCLIVE http://www.nclive.org/ NCLIve only gives you access to the ProQuest databases. The password for NCCU is diskderm. One the NCLIVE home page you can use the Browse databases tab to find all the ProQuest resources.
