Advice on licensing a photograph - Count Basie documentary

Hi there,

I'm working on a British documentary celebrating the life and work of jazz bandleader, Count Basie.

Part of our film will focus on the racism Basie and his band faced, touring the US in the 1950s and our director would like to use the photo attached to help illustrate this.

I understand the photographer is Alexander Rivera who was connected to your university. Would you know the best person to contact about licensing this image?

Grateful for any help you can provide.
